I thought it might be insightful to give you a list of the required plugins.
This is probably your most important plugin to use and most WordPress versions already have this plugin installed when you first download WordPress. This is your basic spam fighter preventing spammers.
This plugin generates XML enabled sitemaps to help with indexing by search engines like Google, MSN, Yahoo and more.
The reason why this plugin is so popular because its so simple to use in helping you with your SEO by making it easy to change titles, prevent duplicate content and other optimization options.
This is a contact form plugin, which is simple yet flexible. Contact Form 7 can manage multiple contact forms, plus you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup.
It allows you easily to backup your core WordPress database. You may also backup other tables in the same database.
It gives you a list of posts and/or pages related to the current entry, introducing the reader to other relevant content on your site.
This plugin will help your server cope with a front page appearance on digg.com or other social networking site. Very useful plug-in for speeding your blog up.

Dinesh´s last blog ..Create Your Own Themes For Windows Mobile 6.5 With Silverlight
Hi Dinesh,
Yes you are absolutely right but these plugins are the part of advance blogging.
Some of the plugins from this list should come with wordpress installation. They are compulsory for a professional blog. But before instaling a plugin, always think about the server load and throttling error if you are hosting your blog on Shared Server. Since wordpress is PHP – MySQL based platform, WordPress itself consumes so much processing time of server CPU. Try to customize the plugins like XML sitemap and Super Cache to reduce the server load and suspension from your host.
Anyway, again a nice tutorial from Surender. Wish you all the best buddy. I agree with Akshay that your new navigation and offer section is really looking cool.
