Add Relevant Category
Add relevant category for the post you have written.categories can help readers to find blog post easily,even categories can more useful to index your blog post in search engines.
Add Relevant Tags
Tags are also one of the major parts of SEO.Tag your blog post with relevant keywords of the post.It can boost your visibility in the search engines like Google,Yahoo or Bing.
Break your Longer Post
If your blog post is too long,break it in 2-3 parts.Make your blog post scanable.If your blog post is too long,it can force the readers to leave your blog and run away.
Anchor Texts
