The biggest question facing persons entering the online finance and home mortgage writing field is how will I get paid? This is probably the most important question that writers ask and it can be a difficult one.

The way a writer gets paid will usually depend upon who is making the payment. Most employers of online writers such as Mortgage Refinance will send the payment via Paypal. Paypal is probably the best method because it is simple, and more importantly a person gets the funds quickly. A big advantage to Paypal is that the funds are available instantly in the Paypal account.

A person can use Paypal to make online transactions and transfer funds directly to bank accounts from Paypal. This means that bills can be paid through Paypal. Another advantage to Paypal is that a Paypal account is a money market account so funds in it do earn interest. Paypal also provides a record of online transactions for tax purposes. It is also possible to get a Paypal debit card so you can spend the money in the real world. This means writers can use funds made writing online for things like gasoline and groceries.

One advantage to working directly for an employer such as MortgageRefinance.com is that there are no additional charges for money. Elance will charge a writer about 5% for transferring payment and it can take a few days for Elance payments to reach a bank account. Odesk’s charges are lower but it can take several days for Odesk funds to reach your bank account.

One advantage to working directly for sites like these is that funds can be placed in escrow before the job begins. That means that the writer can see that the money is there. The escrow money will be released once the job is completed to the purchaser’s satisfaction. Dealing directly with an employer such as MortgageRefinance.com is easier. The best way for a writer to ensure payment is to have several excellent employers so that he or she is not entirely dependent on one stream of income.

If you’ve been wondering why your blog hasn’t ranked high or why your readership has declined, it may be due to a lack of SEO optimization. Sure, you may have quality content and eye-catching titles, but unless you’ve taken the necessary steps to choose the right keywords for your articles, you may not see much improvement. Keywords have an extremely important role in search engine optimization and the success of your blog. Along with having current, quality content, bloggers also want to have specific keywords that draw in readers and, hopefully, earn you some money. Here are some helpful tips to choosing and implementing the right keywords for your blog:

Brainstorm a Few Keywords

Before or after your article has been published online, you’ll want to spend some quality time brainstorming a few keywords that will get your blog indexed in major search engines. While you’re brainstorming, it’s a good idea to go to a popular search engine, such as Google or Yahoo, and type in keywords that relate to the topic you’re writing about. This will help you see what results come up and what other keywords your competitors are using. The best way for bloggers to choose their keywords is to think like their potential readers and search as they would.

Use Two or Three Keyword Combinations

Now that you know what keywords are popular, you’ve got to tweak your keywords to make them stand out among your competitors. It’s highly unlikely that single-word keywords will get you high rankings for very long, or at all. Non-specific one-word keywords are used by thousands of bloggers every day, and using them will only make it harder for your blog to get ranked high. The most effective keywords typically contain two to three words. You should think about common and highly specific words or phrases that readers are most likely to type into a search engine. In other words, don’t simply choose “cooking” as one of your keywords; try “cooking for one” or “organic cooking” to narrow your focus.

Utilize Online SEO Tools

In your pursuit to find the best keywords for your blog, it’s a good idea to take advantage of the awesome SEO tools that are right at your fingertips. Google AdWords is a terrific tool for researching the competition and global and local monthly searches for certain words or phrases. This keyword tool will help you tweak your current keywords to include less competitive words and better word arrangements. While on this site, check out the price of individual keywords. If you have a Google Adsense campaign, this will give you a better understanding of how much or how little you’ll earn. It can be enticing to choose keywords that are worth more money, but you may not notice a difference in your ranks if the keyword competition is high. Niche subjects with less competitive keywords are still a better bet for your blog.

Did you ever think about this? Your comments are actually extensions of your blog’s content. In other words, sure, you’re not posting that content on your own blog, but any reader who sees your comment in the comment thread at another blog could click your name and immediately navigate to your blog via one of your comments.

Know what that means? That means your comments are your content!

Because of this, we have to be careful with the kinds of comments we leave at other blogs. We can’t simply dash off comments in the comments sections to get a DoFollow link, unless we add some sort of valuable content to that comment thread. So, keep the following ideas for good commenting practice in mind as you sit down to type a comment. Happy commenting!

Ask a Question

This kind of comment can help spark more discussion in the comments section. It can also serve to help you get some clarification from the blog post author or from other commenters regarding something that maybe you are confused about or interested in. It’s a good way to encourage more discussion.

Weigh In Smartly

When you weigh in, you essentially position yourself as another expert in the discussion and offer your opinion on the issue. Of course, you don’t want to come across as a know-it-all, so be humble with your opinion. Show some self-awareness in your comment. If someone offers an intelligent response, be sure to thank them!

Use Your Real Name

This is important because it helps you build your brand online. Always use a real sign-in handle that automatically links back to your blog. That way, people can connect your comment to your blog. As they read more of your comments around on other blogs, they’ll begin to create an idea of who you are and what your brand represents. You want this to connect with the ‘real’ you, not some pseudonym. Furthermore, commenting under you real name will keep you from posting anonymously critical comments. If you have something critical to say, you should own up to it and responsibly voice your opinion.

Write ‘Good’

When you comment, use proper language. Write in complete sentences. Use proper punctuation and spelling. Proofread your comments. You’re comments will be easier to read that way, and they will allow you to write complex, well-conceived thoughts instead of fragmentary phrases like ‘love this!’ Using proper grammar allows you to write complete and complex thoughts that others can understand.

Interact With Other Bloggers

Finally, do your best to join a conversation when you make a comment. This means that after you make one comment, you’ll want to visit that comment thread often (or subscribe to it via email) so that you can follow-up on any comments in response to yours. Making a comment then leaving the thread is like joining a discussion, then excusing yourself after you say three words so that you can take a phone call. It’s not very polite! Plus you might miss out on some good discussion later on.

For all job seekers, here’s a great news for all you people as you can now make use of social networking so as the please the recruiters with your positive skills and with which you will surely be persuaded first and will be given a chance to get recruited, but before that you need to follow some of the top 10 social networking tips which are the must to follow. So, let’s proceed and see on what are the top tips which need to be followed by all job seekers in the social world in the due course of this article.

Complete your profile:
First things come first, you will have to ensure that you complete all the details in your profile like name, place, schooling, details, college, place and also some other critical information very carefully and you need to make sure that you have updated your age as well as this too sometimes plays a very crucial role in deciding on what is the exact talent the recruiters are looking for. Also include key accomplishments along with the key educational milestones which will make recruiting simpler and easier.

Let the Recommendations work:
Always try to impress the top bosses out there in the social networking world. If you managed to do this, then that’s it just tell them about your passion and dream then they will recommend you for the job and the work in that company which will then be mattering a lot as after all the top bosses are recommending you, so the impact of the recommendation will be really higher.

Try to be transparent:
Always ensure that you are transparent in your work rather than cooking up the stories which will do no help and in fact will land you up in trouble when they will know about the same, so always put your image as a real one without any wrong additives. Also most importantly you can even mention about your look outs in the social world so that accordingly you will be given what you have always deserved for your talent, and never hesitate to show up your talent in the social world, be it twitter or the facebook or any.

Quality is important than quantity:
Quality is what will matter than quantity, so always try to put up a good quality talent rather than showing up the waste quantities as that will surely do no good to you. Always ensure that you are showing up what you have got rather than showcasing in numbers, simple and crisp will be what mattering a lot than the quantity. So, also keep in mind that doesn’t link to the strangers so as to just simply boost the numbers as this one will be the weakest connection.

Start the conversation:
Rather than waiting for a conversation to begin, just simply start the conversation in your own style and manner and being the first with POV on an industry issue of the day makes you look informed and also authorative. Always ensure that the topic which you start to speak is a valid and the strongest rather than talking which is just senseless and has no meaning.

Ask questions:
Always try to ask questions which are general ones and are more impactful rather than using the personal questions again and again. Always ensure that the questions are not harsh and also always try to get an advice from the people which will leave a good impression that you are listening to them.

Be Responsive and Responsible:
Being responsive and responsible is what both counts, so always ensure that you are responsive as well as quick when asked about the advices and also the insights which will send the signals and message out that you are an effective listener. So, be a joiner and take the advantage of the industry which will elevate the profile which will guide you to the future.

So, let’s check out how you can save your blogs from the hands of hackers. With the help of some simple tips you can easily save your wordpress blog and secure the wordpress blogs from the hackers.

Upgrade to latest Version
There are periodic updates which wordpress brings in so that it is further optimized and also security is enhanced with previous bugs solved. Many of us don’t take time to update with the same, but its very important to update with these updates, it hardly takes time for updating.

Use Lock Down WordPress Plugin
There is a plugin which is called as Lockdown WordPress plugin with which it can lock the users if they enter the password more than 3 times. So, with this you can also get to know that who is trying to try out to hack in the blog with testing of the passwords. Also, most importantly this plugin is for free and takes very less time to install. You can also choose from the number of wrong passwords attempt lock.

Change password
Once in 15 days or in 30 days its recommended to change the password for your account and also its very important to use a tough and combination password which should consist numbers, upper case and lower case combination, alphabets and also preferably special characters so that it becomes difficult to crack your password.

Backup Blog
Always back up your blog and also other critical data like database and settings as if in an unlikely event the account gets hacked, then at least you have the latest backed up data which can be then used later. If you don’t backup the data then it is very risky as this may create a huge loss to you as you will be left with nothing, be is your account or the database and blogs. And also with backup in place, you can restore this blog anytime.

Hide information
It’s better to hide some critical information, so that hackers don’t come to know about the bugs in that version and make use of the bugs as their strengths for intruding into the blogs. Hide your blog’s wordpress version number. To do this just remove the following line from your theme’s header.php – php blog info (‘version’); ?>” />. So, you can easily hide the version name if you are in the self hosted wordpress as in the free version, you cannot hide the same.

Login Securely
Always ensure that you login to your blog via SSL if your host comes with an SSL certificate which is quite common these days. And also never use un trusted network for accessing blogs as this may again leak out critical data which can in turn give a chance to intrude into your account. Also, by default username will be ‘admin’ during wordpress installation, so its highly recommended to change your username as to some other login name apart from the Admin.

Install Plugins Carefully
Always make sure that before installing new plugins check if the plugins are good and working properly, because weak plugins may have unwanted codes which may damage your site or its page ranking and also sometime also affects the page loading speed very badly. Also, ensure that the plugins which are installed are loaded are trustworthy are not which can be known by checking the review.

So, all in all by following the above simple steps you can easily secure your WordPress blog from falling into the wrong hands.

At a writer’s block?
You should know that the good has passed, the bad is now, and there’s ugly somewhere lurking around the corner. When you started blogging, it was an elating experience, back then, you were able to write easily about anything, and at anytime with convenience. The ideas seemed to be flowing into your mind, there were so many that one stemmed into another, like a never ending river. Back then, the blogging was “good”, and at that stage everybody thinks that they can keep doing this for all their life.
But then the Bad arrives:

And the river of ideas trickles down to a mere drop, and suddenly, it becomes very, very exasperating to be able to think, create and write in 20 minutes like you used to, all that’s left … is you, staring at the screen, knowing that the “ugly” is ominously near.

There can’t be anything uglier for a veteran or a blogger than having no option but to write about an old, run off the mill, and excessively clichéd topic. By now you must have figured out that staring at the screen hardly helps, and that you are unable to produce anything worthwhile and the probability of replication, of your own work, or even of another writer’s work seems inevitable.

Averting the ugly:

•	To start with, remember that if you don’t blog every day for some time, it’s totally fine. Take a breather as long as you have to, don’t tire out your mind by pushing too hard, choosing quality over the quantity of posts is always ideal.

•	Try spending your time elsewhere but stay in the loop. Have a go at commenting at your peer’s blog, indulge in discussions at forums or communities, just don’t think of writing articles until you feel you’ve got your “mojo” back.

•	Try letting go of your inner critique and try freestyle writing, adopt a different style and have fun with it.

•	If these psychological ploys don’t work, try physical remedies. Go for a walk, go to a new place, and talk to somebody. It’s not just about change; physical activity will release the tension, and it will open up your mind and escalate the probability of creativity coming back.

•	If nothing else works, you can try writing exercises like jotting everything, clustering, mind mapping. Just don’t beat yourself up and avoid getting tense. Follow all this tips, rest assured, you’ll be back to the ‘good’ before you know it.
