Microsoft is discontinuing the Support for Win2000,XP on July 13 this year.All the paid support and security updates will also discontinued in ends of July.Microsoft is focusing on other latest windows version and some forthcoming products.

But other mode of support like self help,discussion groups and Microsoft articles and FAQ knowledgebase will be continue in future.
