Yes, of course it is very easy to start a CMS on wordpress. You can get lot many help, plugin for that as well. There is a good market for tech magazine but still you will have to face neck to neck competition. So be prepared for proper SEO for the terms. Nice info Surender, Demo of the theme is really good.
