Contact Commenter
Contact Commenter lets you send email messages to individual or a group of commenters. It lets Administrator to see who has wrote more comments on his post and mail to commenters.
Here is the massage form view.
You can manage the commenter massaging settings in your WordPress dashboard under the plugin link.
It required sender name and email id and you need to select the commenter to whom you want to send massage.Even you can send a massage at once to your all commenters in a single click.

Sounds very similar to my Contact Commenters plugin that was released in December 2008
Probably this one does it in a single screen, though I have some additional features…

This plugin seems to be very useful for Us.. Never knew about this plugin.. I was using a plugin call Thank me later plugin..which used to send one message to commentator for their first comment. This one has different working but it is pretty useful….
