Find more friends on Facebook and increase the friends list.Search your classmates,collogues or old friends and invite theme to join facebook.Even you can request others to join your network.

Facebook page is another awesome feature to grow your network.Search some other bloggers or pages related to your blog’s niche and join them as a fan.
Publish Your Blog Content
Integrate RSS feed with your facebook account.Whenever you publish the content on your blog,your blog post will be published automatically on your facebook account.

All points are correct but I think that blogger must avoid publishing and promoting their blog post a lot, it might look like spamming.
