I use Tweet Deck. It was originally for twitter but now it also support facebook.

if we use facebook also we can use twitter.i mean we dont need to have separate application to access twitter

In comparison of TweetDeck & Seesmic, I feel Seesmic has shown tremendous growth & it is essentially a effective & fast. Though TweetDeck does have advantage of established base, I don’t think it would continue to lead the competition.
