How to Force Google Chrome Browser to Always Start in Private Mode

If you want to protect your internet privacy on your computer,you have to enable private browsing mode in your web browser.We can say it “Porn Mode”.You might be unaware with Private Browsing mode that how to force your browser to start browsing in private mode when you launch.

It is very easy like ABC for a school going kid.Just need to add command line for switching it in private mode.

On Windows:

Step #1: Right click on Google Chrome shortcut on your computer and open properties.

Following window will be appear when you’ll click on browser’s properties:

The target box currently shows the command to run your browser — to add a switch, click after the .exe and type [space] and then your switch text.

To launch Chrome in Incognito mode, add the command line switch –incognito. (Note: that’s a double dash/hyphen.)
If you don’t want to force your web browser Google chrome to open in private mode,you can do it manually for your private web browsing.

How to open Private browsing window in Google chrome ?

If you don’t want to force your web browser to open in private mode when you launch,you can open it with following shortcut keys.

Press CTRL+Shift+N

Where Incognito new window opens where following message appears:

You’ve gone incognito. Pages you view in this window won’t appear in your browser history or search history, and they won’t leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close the incognito window. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however.
