Beth Strobel of The Paypal blog has published the data of online shopping on Cyber Monday 2009.Data shows that Cyber Monday of 2009 was really busiest day comparative to Cyber Monday of 2008.

Here are some data points from Cyber Monday:

• PayPal saw approximately 20 percent more payment volume on Cyber Monday 2009 than Cyber Monday 2008.
• 12.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. PST were the busiest online shopping times on Cyber Monday 2009.
• Mobile payments saw a large increase: Cyber Monday resulted in a 732 percent jump in mobile payments compared to Cyber Monday last year. Cyber Monday 2009 resulted in a 190 percent jump in mobile payments compared to an average Monday for PayPal.
