Nice tips! May I add a little thing: putting a bottle of water on the desk. It reminds us to drink enough water. Just take a sip, no need to drink all at a time.

nice tips, and make sure that you have a good computer chair and your sitting posture is straight. I try to maintain it big time, however on longer hours of computer usage i some times mess up my sitting posture. Am still working on it and trying to fix it :)

Yes, you are right. Sitting in front of computer oftenly will cause a lot of health problem. For me, the most important thing we need to take care is our eyes. We need to take some rest for our eyes after one hour looking at the computer screen. Thanks for your concern Surender. :)

A good quality chair with support and a high enough desk are essential.
Use a flat screen monitor. Make sure the text size is large enough to be comfortable for your eyes. And my final tip? Go for walks every 40 minutes or so!
