i love justin.tv not because of the chat funtion but because of live feed.
i use some of the application to chat but chat is my least favorite thing, prefer IM more.

Nice list! I usually use Yahoo Messenger with my webcam and recently GTalk. But they just allow me chat with a person at the same time, these sites may help me a lot.
